By booking with us, you confirm that you are authorised to request services on behalf of yourself or your company.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any transport request at our sole discretion.
All services are subject to availability, road conditions, and regulatory requirements.
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or our website contact form.
You must provide accurate information about the load size, weight, pickup and delivery addresses, and any access limitations.
For abnormal loads, additional permits and escorts may be required — we will arrange these, and timeframes may vary.
A booking is only confirmed once we acknowledge receipt and provide you with a delivery schedule.
Payment terms will be agreed upon during quoting. In most cases, payment is required prior to service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept bank transfers (EFT); banking details will be provided on your invoice.
Late payments may result in interest charges or a delay in future bookings.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made after dispatch may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel and admin costs.
In cases where special permits or escort vehicles were arranged, those costs may still apply.
We take every measure to ensure your equipment is transported safely and securely.
We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to machinery or equipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, strikes, border posts, or events outside of our control.
Goods are transported at your own risk unless specific cargo insurance has been arranged by prior agreement.
We comply with all abnormal load regulations, including permits, route planning, and escort vehicles when required.
It is your responsibility to notify us if a load exceeds standard dimensions or weights — failing to do so may result in delays or penalties.
Additional lead time may be required for abnormal load route approvals and paperwork.
All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Miller Lowbed Services.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify or remove content without prior notice.
We collect personal information strictly for service delivery purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more).
